| Excellent Service. Had our car in the shop to replace knock Sensors. Time they estimated where 3 hours and after the time passed by the car was done. Friendly people in the shop explained everything they done. |

| These people that run this place are amazing. Was having an issue with the headlights on my girlfriend's car was over thinking it pretty hard trying to fix it on my own. Spent hours trying stuff finally gave up started trying to take it to shops everyone was saying minimum 3 day wait these people got it in the same day did more than I asked and then refused to even charge me because it was something simple. Great shop, great people they've got my business for life. Thank y'all so much! |

| I have used Good Year for years for oil changes. On my last visit I had an appointment for my oil change. A walk in entered just before me and another after me for oil changes also. Both where completed before mine. Looks like appointments don't help any. |

| Came to pick up my vehicle on a Friday evening after they called and told me it was ready. When they pulled it out of the bay it made a terrible grinding noise. They had performed a brake job. My commute to pick the truck up was over a hour. Came back Monday and picked up the truck, Tuesday it was throwing warning codes to Check Brake System. Not overly impressed with the quality of work. |

| Left a scratch on my door from the lift and said nothing to me about it. Still waiting on them to fix it. |
